Shipping
Shipments are made by traceable courier in the following ways:
ITALIA: BRT BARTOLINI
Free delivery service throughout the peninsula. Shipments are made within 3–4 business days.
EUROPEAN COMMUNITY: DDP
Paid delivery service. Shipments are made within 4–5 business days.
REST OF THE WORLD: UPS
Paid delivery service. Shipments take 4–7 days.
Shipping is free worldwide for orders totaling €200.00 or more.
Shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart when you select the country where delivery is requested.
Returns
For each product purchased, the User can exercise the right of withdrawal with the obligation of communication and then return of the products within 14 days.

To make a return, you must submit a request to our customer service department using the designated withdrawal form.
The return of the products and the related costs are charged to the User.
Please note that, pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code, items personalized upon request (for example, with engravings or initials) are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
