If you have purchased an item on this website and wish to exercise your right to return it, you may do so within 14 days of receiving the product by filling out the form below.

Please provide your personal information, order number, and the items for which you are requesting a return. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your request has been processed.

Please note that, pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code, items personalized upon request (for example, with engravings or initials) are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
